Holiday Shipping - December 2004
To be sure you have your holiday order on time:
Christmas orders must be received no later than December 14th for delivery
before December 24 using standard ground shipping.
Orders received after these dates and needed for the holiday, will be
shipped 2nd Day or Overnight at an additional charge.
Order Processing
RSVP Papers & Gifts online store accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not accept debit cards, cash, checks or CODs for online or telephone orders.
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us toll-free at 1-877-857-7877 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Returns and Claims for Damage - Online Purchases
Defective items or order errors caused by RSVP Papers & Gifts may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. Merchandise in original saleable condition may be returned for a full refund within 15 days upon approval of RSVP Papers & Gifts customer service at your expense. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.
All orders are insured with the carrier. Depending on the carrier used for your order, claims forms for items damaged in shipment may be included with the shipment. If so, complete these forms and send to the carrier. Otherwise, notify us immediately to begin claim processing.
Depending upon the value of your order, the carrier may ask to inspect the shipment before approving the claim.
Returns- In Store Purchases
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days or without a receipt, merchandise may be returned for store credit only. All returns must be in original saleable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Sales Tax, Promotions and Discounts
RSVP Papers & Gifts promotional discounts are applied during the ordering process. Be sure to enter your promotion code when completing the order form. Your promotional discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary.
Sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to New York addresses. Sales tax is presently not charged on shipments outside New York.

(1) Charges are for single packages under 2 lbs. Heavier and oversize orders may be subject to higher shipping rates.
(2) 2 Day Service is by US Post Office Priority Mail, which averages 2-3 business days, and is not guaranteed. If you require immediate delivery, we recommend Standard Overnight service.
(3) There is an additional charge for overnight Saturday delivery.
(4) All backorders are shipped by Standard Ground shipping.
(5) Customer must pay all duties, taxes, or customs fees on shipments outside the US.
