- Add 10-25 invitations in case there are people who may have been overlooked. Order the additional amount with the original order to cut costs.
- Order extra envelopes with your invitations in case some names are misspelled.
- Hire your party planner as soon as possible once the dates for the event and reception are confirmed.
- Your party planner should:
- Make you feel comfortable and be experienced.
- Stay within your budget and help you find ways to cut costs.
- Be responsive and reliable.
- Assist with contract reviews from other vendors.
- And most importantly, be calm but react quickly with creative problem solving skills.
